Octopus
Virgil Barr, the Octopus, is a human mercenary using servo-powered weapons grade tentacles based on a robotic design created by Genius. Octopus worked for Doctor Berainz as head of security until he was killed in hand-to-hand combat by Wild Wolf at one of the Doctor's secret labs.
