Genius
A fantastically gifted scientist, too bad his personality is warped; he is a dwarf with a giant's brain. Having visionary instincts in his design of technological devices, especially death-dealing robotic weapons, the Genius could have been one of mankind's biggest boons to progress. Instead of aiding his fellow man, he, along with Mind Mistress, led the most powerful group of super-villains in the second half of the 20th century. Together, Genius and his committee of criminals plundered fortunes and killed more than half of the founding members of super hero group The Legion of Victory.
